Our Promoters
Our organisation was established by Late Shree Vishwa Mitra Bahl in 1958. Under his able leadership, we have already redefined the rules of the orgnaisation. Due to his hard work, Persistence, sacrifice and passion for creation, the entire industry acknowledges our phenomenal success. We manufacture products that suit the requirements of the customers. His counsel was sought by many organizations of the country on various issues relating to industry. Mr. V. M. Bahl was the President of All India Manufacturers Organization (DHP) Board and Founder President of Laghu Udyog Bharati (All India Organization for the service of Small Scale Industry). Through his foresight and vision he has tackled various complex issues.
Sh. Mulk Raj Bahl father of our founder Sh. Vishwa Mitra Bahl was one of the first batch of CA of India. Worked and trained his skills with foreign companies and gained the experience. later he practiced CA independently doing auditing, looking after the financial aspects of various Indian and foreign corporate sector in India abroad for few years.
later on in early 1960's he joined Auto Steels and was looking after all the financial aspects, controlling the same of the establishment.
Mr Vishwa Mitra Bahl started the business in 1958 from a small factory in Delhi India.
The plant has grown manifoldly and has shifted to a bigger factory in Khushkhera, Industrial Area, Rajasthan, India, with all modern and latest technologies & with bigger space. It is one of the major and pioneer producer of leaf spring and parabolic springs in India.
He was a social man associated with many industrial manufacturing association of India, and worked for the nation building and upliftment of humanity & Industry.
Mr. Jagdish Miitra Bahl, A high-ranked Army officer, got his training & experience during his work tenure with the Indian Army. Later, he joined in early 60's with Auto Steels as Technical Director.
He worked as Production Director and handled several departments like Production, Quality, Research & Developments.
With his hard working, experience & Persistence, he made a lot of innovations in our manufacturing process, and with his skills he made Auto Steels well placed to compete in domestic & international market.
