Some of our core manufacturing process are explained below.
PARABOLIC ROLLING MACHINE
- We have the most modern Parabolic Leaf Spring rolling machine which are computer controlled by PID controllers.
- The machine is capable of handling steel strips up to 50 mm thickness.
- The walking beam for the parabolic machines uses GAS as fuel and is controlled by PID controllers.
WALKING BEAM MACHINE
- All the Springs are given heat treatment process through gas energy by Walking Beam furnace which is fully conveyorised and automatic. It helps maintain equal and uniform heating through control temperature panels and automatic burners.
CAMBERING MACHINE
- All the Springs are given different shapes through the cambering machine fitted with fingers which controls the shape.
- After cambering the leaf is dipped and quenched in oil tank which has capacity of 42000ltrs and the oil temp is maintained as per standards with the support of chilling plant.
EYE ROLLING MACHINE
- All the Main leaf Springs are given round shape to make an eye through the automatic hydraulic eye rolling machine to avoid the ovalty in the eye.
